Our quality control is ongoing and done through every step of the project.  We work hard to finish in a timely manner with minimal disturbance to you and your neighbours.

We are happy to use any paint supplier you prefer, however we get great rates with top companies and we would love to share those rates with you.  If you find a colour you like from one place, the companies we use would gladly colour match your choice. We have accounts at Sherwin Williams, Cloverdale and Benjamin Moore.  Pick your colour and we will see your vision through with razor sharp lines!

At the end of each project a walk through is done with you to ensure you are happy with the result. We are fully insured and covered with WorkSafe BC.

Residential Interiors

  • Interior shoes worn

  • Masking and coverings are used to protect floor, furniture and all necessary surfaces

  • Surface prep is done including caulking, wall repairs and sanding of walls, baseboards and trim prior to painting to promote adhesion

  • All necessary priming 

  • Minimum two coats of high quality paint is used. More coats depending on colour choice. 

  • Left over paint is labeled and left with customer for possible future touch-ups

Residential Exteriors

  • Masking to protect all surfaces/windows/deck etc that will not be painted

  • All necessary surface prep prior to starting project, including, caulking, filling, sanding, scraping. Pressure washing when needed.

  • Proper products used to prime any exposed wood. Other surfaces may require special priming products to guarantee proper adhesion before application

  • High quality, durable exterior paint

Interiors- We can do a virtual walkthrough of your interior space if you are able to use Zoom, Facetime, or Whatsapp video chat. Depending on the scope of work a visit may be required, in which case we will wear a mask and practice social distancing. 

 

Painting

We’ve added steps in our process to provide a safe environment, however we’ll work with you to ensure you are comfortable. Masks are worn and hands sanitized regularly. Drop sheets are sanitized after each customer. Physical distancing is practiced with client
